Can you be anti-abortion and pro-war?

I am a conservative, I am strongly pro-life, I believe being against killing civilians goes along with that. The Bombing of Hiroshima as immoral. No I am not opposed to war 100%, that would be stupid, war is necessary at times, but when we do fight, never accept "collateral damage" as acceptable. Also remember, it was LBJ who got us into Vietnam and Nixon who got us out.
