Writing a report on alien abduction and whether or not the gov should step in?

I was in the woods one night, a bright light shone on me. It started to draw me up. Another light caught me, it was the IRS. They told the aliens that they could not have me, I owed too much. The government stepped in that time but I wish they did not.
