Your power supply is more than sufficient, you entire system shouldn't take more than 300W on full load. As for how the game will run, you can't get a definite answer from canyourunit.com, they marked my gaming computer barely able to play a game that I can play just fine with over 50FPS on max. Depending on your resolution, I think you can run the game fine on high.
