Today my stool had blood on the end of it & there was a lot of blood on the wipes, whats wrong?

I've had hemorrhoids before, but today there was a lot more blood than usual. And recently my abs have been hurting, & I thought it was because I'm getting my period again but, its been over a week & I rarely if ever get cramps on my period, even rarer before my period starts. I'm 16, & I haven't had problems going to the bathroom recently, I don't need to push very hard or even that much at all, & I go like every other day or so. What could it be? Do I need to tell my mom so we can go to the emergency? Or is it just hemorrhoids & I just need to eat more fruit & bran? Help :/
