My 16wk pure white golden has to go to every animal/human when taken for a walk.Why?

all dogs want to meet new people! But it sounds like your dog was over-socialized as a puppy, so now he's not afraid or curious of strangers... He treats them like he knows them! It's not necisarily a bad thing, at least he's nice! But it can be very invasive to other people. The only thing I can think to suggest is to keep him on a short leash... Literally. Not for the whole walk, just when you see people coming. Or maybe some training with a dog walker.. Possibly both! Good Luck! Hope this helps!
