What NFL teams do think will be interested in Michael Vick for the 2009 season?

I know the Bears will go after him if there not cheap. So the bears will go for it cause I hear there quarterback sucks. Next could be the Jets because Favre retired, maybe the Lions, actually I think they need a new coach.
