Help with power supply?

i have a uatx case and a micro atx mother board i know that it will fit inside but i have a 200watt power supply i know that i need at least a 500w my cpu is a hp pavillion 794n does the power supply mater because I saw microatx power supplys and matx and atx. or if it will at least fit. thanks
