First of all, congrats! While you can get false negatives, it's very rare to get a false positive. It can happen, but it's not very common. Once you go to the doctor's you'll know for sure, but for the time being (since there's a VERY good chance you ARE pregnant) don't stress about it! Just focus on your happiness for now.
