I'm going through menopause?

I feel a little sad about it. I have 5 wonderful kids--they are 28, 25, 20, 17, 11 and I will have my first grandchild in August. I got my tubes tied after the last one. So why when menopause comes do I feel sad. I need adult answers that can help.
