i am 15 years old....5.6" is ma height.....and i weigh 49 kgs....my daily intake is 1300 calories and ma question is if i eat 2250 calories twice in a week will i gain an another kg?i dont want to gain more weight infact i want to lose 2 kgs....:(:(:( help me outttttt.....plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
