How do you thaw out frozen milk?

first off I'm at college and have a mini fridge. I have one quart of milk. I accidentally put it on the coldest setting and the entire quart of milk is frozen. How do I thaw it out without it spoiling? Also once it has thawed will it be watery? its 2% milk.
